Café Pacific’s traditional Paella is prepared with authentic ’Bomba’ rice from Spain, real Saffron threads and plenty of savory meats and vegetables. Your guests can enjoy the fun and heavenly aroma of this savory gluten free dish prepared live on site or it can be dropped off hot and ready to serve in insulated, disposable Catering Crates.
Minimum $1000 for live, on site preparation. Minimum $400 for delivery. Less than $400 may be picked up from kitchen in north Auburn.
